Our hotel company is based on the architectural firm, so we renovated all the houses as the hotel by ourselves. We are working to renovate and make use of derelict houses to solve the problem of the increasing number of empty houses in our region.

Kimura Co., ltd. has been in the construction business for three generations.. Old private houses in Miyama, represented by kayabuki minka, are carefully maintained as people continue to live in them.
